Pregnancy and birth
Pregnancy is a special period in a couple’s life as they are preparing for the birth of their child, they are also preparing for the rebirth of themselves. Along the way, I support and encourage couples to achieve their desired goals – to reduce the fear of childbirth, find trust in themselves, and also empower them in their new parenthood roles.
Services include pregnancy support and counseling, birth and parenting preparation.
Postpartum and breastfeeding
The postpartum period is often presented to us by the media and even society as the most beautiful period in our lives. Most often, parents find themselves in distress due to pressures from their loved ones or because of their own expectations. That’s why I offer parents comprehensive support, which includes advice on caring for a newborn, breastfeeding/bottle feeding, as well as advice on how to face the challenges the couple is facing at the time.
Services include postpartum support and breastfeeding/bottle feeding consultations.
Individual and couple counseling
We are all beings that have a desire for healthy relationships. Relationships are something that can give us strength, motivation, love, a sense of security, but on the other hand, we are our most vulnerable self in relationships. We often look for ways to improve relationships and save others, but at the end of the day we come to the realization that we can only change ourselves not others and thus change the relationships we are in.
Sometimes on this path we need support in the form of counseling / therapies, where in a safe environment we can develop what we wanted for so long and also we can start to grow as a person.
Counseling is suitable for anyone who is facing:
- various fears, anxiety, panic attacks,
- relationship problems,
- poor self-esteem,
- flashbacks or other consequences of a traumatic event (such as sexual abuse, traumatic birth, abuse,…),
- major life changes (marriage, birth of a child,…),
- feelings of guilt, inferiority, shame,
- and for anyone who has the desire to grow personally and change learned patterns.
“I am so grateful for Klavdija’s support during my pregnancy and beyond. She was the first one to here my fears, to support my choices and she helped me to become a better mom to my little baby.”
